The Foodstuffs Suitable for People Intolerant to Gluten (England) Regulations |

These regulations which come into force on 1st January 2012, give a schedule of proisions which detail the requirements that 100mg/kg gluten is the limit for poeple intolerant to gluten and 20mg/kg is the limit for foods labelled as 'gluten-free' |
