The British Retail Consortium Global Standard – Food remains the most recognised international standard for food operations in all sectors. It was the first of its kind and is still sometimes referred to simply as the "BRC Standard".
Micron2 Ltd (previously Micron Laboratories) is a UKAS Accredited Certification Body, one of the first group to be accredited and recognised by all the major retailers and purchasing groups for its services in Certification to this BRC Standard.
