In August 2006 the BRC published a new Standard for Companies carrying out Wholesale, Storage and Distribution activities.
There has long been a need for a Standard tailored for this link in the chain from manufacturing to retailer or final user for some time and this Standard fills this gap. The Standard encompasses foods and non food product handling.
The pilot scheme is now complete and we are pleased to announce that we are now one of the first group of Certification Bodies to be accredited to carry out audits against this Standard.
